Cunning plan to stop rain gauge blocking
The previous blog told of a weeks outage of rain data. Once my brain had started functioning after Covid I rang PRODATA Weather Systems in Littleport Cambs who had sold me the Davis Vantage Pro 2 Plus I use. See below.
They sold me a replacement collector which has a much more secure filter. It arrived next and it is now in place - a very simple job to switch the two.
Fingers crossed that this has solved the problem
